- Customers can try the attached sample in their order before opening the perfume box itself. In the event of a return, the return request period is 3 days from the date of product receipt. The product must be returned to the refund team in its original condition, undamaged, and in its complete packaging as received by the customer. Samples for testing are exempted. The return will be received by the refund team and inspected by specialists to take appropriate action.

 

- The store will bear the shipping cost for returns if the product received by the customer has a manufacturing defect or an error in the order. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 business days.

 

- Customers will bear the shipping cost for returns, amounting to 22 SAR, if they wish to return the product without any specific reason. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, the exchange request period is 5 days from the date of product receipt. The product must be returned to the refund team in its original condition, undamaged, and in its complete packaging as received by the customer. Samples for testing are exempted. Upon receipt of the product intended for exchange by the refund team, it will be inspected by specialists, and the replacement product will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

- The store will bear the shipping cost for exchanges if the product received by the customer has a manufacturing defect or an error in the order.

 

- Customers will bear the round-trip shipping cost for exchanges, amounting to 22 SAR, and pay the price difference for the new product if they wish to exchange the product without any specific reason.
